What is the main purpose of Zāmar Schoolhouse Project, Inc.?

The purpose of Zāmar Schoolhouse Project, Inc. is to foster the creative talents and ambitions of our learners within a strategically designed creative arts program. In a multiethnic environment, we provide a comprehensive and structured course of study in the three core creative disciplines - dance, instrumental music, and vocal music. Our students will establish a mastery of well-defined skills that will empower them to be dynamic, spirit-led, lifelong learners, who respect artistic diversity in the local church.

What are planned activities, and explain how these activities further the organization’s main purpose.

Camp Zāmar! – Camp Zāmar engages students who are especially talented and/or interested in the arts in a setting that emphasizes the fine arts while providing solid academic programs by way of its stellar faculty. Camp Zāmar offers life-changing journeys designed expressly for students ages 10 through 17 from culturally and musically diverse backgrounds. The programs are designed for any skill level, and will inspire self-confidence and beautiful music.

Activities are funded by donations, registration fees, gifts, grants, and contracts.

What role does Zāmar play in the community?

The role of Zāmar Schoolhouse Project, Inc. is to serve as a vehicle for students to direct their passion for becoming skilled Gospel artists. Our leadership team is committed to imparting knowledge, wisdom, and understanding needed to impact the Body of Christ. Our process will prepare our students for effective ministry in Gospel music. <2> Please describe your program goals: We provide programs geared towards the learning process, not the learning outcome. Hands-on classes, camps, and workshops offer a student-oriented, fun, and artistic experience where students will benefit from a supportive environment under the direction of anointed, passionate, and skilled mentors and instructors. Successful completion of our programs will cultivate the following:
  • Appreciation of the arts
  • Expansion of creative mindsets
  • Exploration of creative gifts and talents
  • Enhancement of community development
  • Exposure of traditional, contemporary, and anticipated trends in Gospel

We embrace students ages 10 through 17 from culturally and musically diverse backgrounds.
